About Us

We are located in Garden Hill, Ontario, Canada, a beautiful little country village in the rolling hills of the Ganaraska Forest, about 100km (60 miles) east of Toronto.  Even though we are far from the city, we have high-speed internet service, thanks to a wonderful little local company Airnet who provides wireless coverage to our area.

We love dogs, especially Bernese Mountain Dogs!  

And we love computers and databases and software programming and web surfing and email so we decided to link them all and the result was the old DOS program BMDPed.  

We have now upgraded that to the Windows version which we call BMDPedfw, and added many new exciting and useful features.

Ron Smith

The extensive BMDPed database has been created and is being maintained by Ron with the help of many people in the field who keep him up to date on the latest litter information.
