Tracing Generations

Special icons at the right of each line in each pedigree allow for walking up the pedigree:

A special arrow icon appears to the left of the root dog so you can trace back down the pedigree, eventually returning to where you started.  You can also select from the drop-down history list to return to any dog (see below).

The results of tracing the pedigree in this way are shown in the history list that drops down each time you trace up the pedigree: 

You can also select from this history list to go directly back to a previous dog.   

Clicking on the button clears the history list completely.
